BP Care

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BP Care, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into these binding Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity or individual, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

2Description of BP Care

BP Care is a mobile application designed for blood pressure metric logging, personal health record management, visualization of cardiovascular trends, and PDF export generation.

• BP Care does not require user account registration for its core tracking functionality.
• BP Care does not provide cloud storage or remote cloud backup for health records.
• All health metrics and log entries are stored locally on your device.

3User Responsibilities

When using BP Care, you agree to:

• Provide accurate blood pressure readings and personal log data when entering information.
• Maintain physical security over your device to prevent unauthorized access to your health logs.
• Back up your own data independently if needed (e.g., via exported PDF/CSV files) since no cloud backups are maintained by us.
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4Local Data Storage

All blood pressure records, logs, and custom settings reside strictly on your mobile device's internal storage.

• We do not host your health data on remote cloud servers.
• We do not provide cloud synchronization between multiple devices.
• If you clear app storage via Android settings or uninstall the App, your local data will be permanently erased and cannot be restored by KN Apps.

5Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Our collection and processing of any diagnostic data or permissions are governed by our standalone BP Care Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7Accuracy of Information

While BP Care provides visual categorization based on standard reference ranges (such as AHA guidelines), individual health evaluations vary. We do not warrant that calculations, trend analyses, or PDF export statistics are error-free or suitable as medical records for official clinical decisions.

8Third-Party Services

BP Care may link to or incorporate services provided by third parties, such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Google Firebase Analytics, and RevenueCat. Your interactions with third-party software are subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party tools or content.

9Advertising

BP Care may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. We do not endorse or guarantee products or services featured in advertisements displayed within the App.

10Google Play Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features or ad-free experiences within BP Care may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed via Google Play.

• All payments are billed through your Google Play Store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle via Google Play Store settings.
• Refund requests are handled directly according to Google Play refund policies.

11Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to BP Care—including software code, user interface designs, visual layouts, graphics, logos, icons, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of KN Apps and Kulamani Nayak. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from BP Care.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the App.
• Bypass or disable security mechanisms, DRM protections, or advertising filters in the App.
• Use the App to distribute malware, spyware, or malicious code.

13Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous application reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of BP Care at any time without prior notice.

14Disclaimer of Warranties

BP CARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, KN APPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KN APPS AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR MEDICAL COMPLICATIONS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE BP CARE.

16Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling BP Care and deleting all local application files from your device. We reserve the right to revoke your license to use the App if you violate these Terms.

17Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of BP Care following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Odisha, India.
