These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of SpeedoX (“the App”), a GPS-based speedometer and trip computer.

SpeedoX is designed to help you monitor your speed and review your journeys using your mobile device.

SpeedoX depends on GPS signals, device hardware, and operating conditions. Its performance may be affected by:

• Weak or unavailable satellite signals.
• Tunnels, underground roads, tall buildings, and dense tree cover.
• Weather and environmental conditions.
• Device hardware limitations and sensor calibration.
• Battery-saving settings and background restrictions.
• Revoked permissions or unavailable network connectivity for online features.

Speed, distance, altitude, heading, acceleration measurements, alerts, and route information may therefore be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that the App will always provide continuous, uninterrupted, or completely accurate readings.

SpeedoX may display advertisements to support the development, maintenance, and continued availability of the App.

SpeedoX may offer optional paid features through Google Play. Depending on the version of the App, these may include additional trip history, dashboard themes, audio speed alerts, advanced exports, or other premium features.

SpeedoX and its original branding, logos, interface designs, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to the SpeedoX development team, as applicable.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the App for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by the relevant rights holder, you must not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its protected content.

When using SpeedoX, you agree not to:

• Use the App to encourage or participate in illegal street racing, reckless driving, or other unlawful activities.
• Attempt to bypass purchase verification, subscription checks, or security features.
• Interfere with the App's operation or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law permits.
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes another person's rights.

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of SpeedoX as reasonably necessary, including to fix bugs, improve performance, introduce new features, or address security issues. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every device or Android version.

Certain features may require location permissions, compatible hardware, an internet connection, or third-party services. These features may not work as expected if requirements are not met. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

SpeedoX may use third-party services to provide certain features, including:

These services are operated by their respective providers and governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party practices, subject to applicable law.

Your privacy matters to us. How SpeedoX handles location data, trip records, device sensors, advertising-related information, and purchase-related information is detailed in our dedicated Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpeedoX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose. We also do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of GPS readings, speed alerts, trip statistics, route displays, advertisements, or other information provided through the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the SpeedoX development team will not be liable for losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including losses associated with inaccurate readings, missed alerts, interrupted tracking, lost trip records, or reliance on the App while travelling.

This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law. You remain solely responsible for safe vehicle operation and for making independent decisions based on road conditions and applicable traffic laws.

You may stop using SpeedoX at any time by uninstalling the App. We may restrict or discontinue access to certain features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or protection against misuse.

Reminder: Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play.

These Terms are subject to the applicable laws and regulations governing your use of SpeedoX. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Any disputes will be handled by the courts or other authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law.
